This is a pattern I've used before a few times with different yarns, but this has to be my favorite incarnation simply because of the gorgeous yarn.

It's a self-striping yarn called Loops & Threads Perfect Pair, a Michaels exclusive, and it's an elastic yarn that will adjust to your foot. I bought the yarn online in a three-pack, and I figured this pair of socks would take two skeins, but it didn't even take one, so I can make two more pairs of socks in this gorgeous yarn. I can't wait! I have one other pattern picked out that I haven't tried before, and I'll be on the hunt for another.

The pattern is a free download from Yarnspirations called Twisting Lace Socks. It's crocheted with fingering weight yarn on a D-3 hook. Despite that, it works up surprisingly quickly because it's mostly double crochet.
